1. How long does shipping take?
Our products are produced in small batches — so depending on the drop, delivery times may vary slightly. Standard shipping within Europe usually takes 3-7 business days after your order has been dispatched. As soon as your package is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
2. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within Europe. If you’d like to place an order from outside the EU, feel free to send us a message — we’ll find a solution.
3. Can I return or exchange my order?
You can return unworn and unwashed items within 14 days of receiving them. Just send us an email at office@serenityclothing.com with your order number.
Please note: Return shipping costs are not covered (unless the item is faulty).
4. When is the next drop?

5. How do your sizes fit?
Our pieces are true to size, but depending on the fit you prefer, you can always go one size up for a more relaxed look. You’ll find a size chart for reference with each product.
