General Terms and Conditions (AGB)

1. General Information

These General Terms and Condtions (AGB) apply to all orders placed via our online store Serenity Clothing, operated by Tom Poos, located at 11, Rue de Leudelange, L-1934 Luxembourg. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Conclusion of Contract 

The contract is concluded once you have placed and order via website and we confirm receipt of the order. A binding contract is created at the moment of confirmation.

3. Prices and Payment

All prcies are in EUR (Euro) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. We accept the following paymentmethods: Credit Card, PayPal, and others available on the checkout page.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to Luxembourg and other EU countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Delivery times vary by location and the availability of the products.

5. Right of Withdrawal 

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving your order. To exercise this right, please contact us via email at office@serenityclothing.com

6. Warranty and Liability 

We offer a warranty in accordance with applicable law. If your product is defective, you can return it for a replacement or refund within the statutory warranty period.

All content, trademarks, and designs on the Serenity Clothing website are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

These terms and conditions are governed by Luxembourg law. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
