Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you have the right to return the item within 14 days after receiving it. 

Conditions for Returns:

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned exchanged.
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

How to Return:

To start a return, please contact us at office@serenityclothing.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

Refunds:

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
